Why things are broken

Interesting video for designers and engineers to watch. 7 reason why things are broken, or in other words, why there is bad design. We may laugh when watching some of the examples but I'm sure as designers, we will make mistakes like that many times without realizing. Knowing the reasons behind bad design will make it easier to identify.

After taking a course on Human-Computer Interaction this semester, I've begun paying more attention to things that don't work well and trying to figure out where it went wrong; why people made the decisions they did for that particular design.
